I think Im going to get some new shirts made that say that! Yo! Getting the music blasts daily has me going crazy! Mainly because I don't know HOW I got on the list and they will NOT remove me! So I'm like okay, I'll fix them - I'll just direct their shit to spam and spam I just delete all at once! Things have been GREAT! I get the emails I want and trash the folks I don't know.

Ok, so I join 21stcenturyhustle and things are cool. Networking is cool, really took a liking to two amazing and talented guys on here (Andrew the photographer and Ainzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Boogie, lol) not to mention other relationships built. Shits been cool! So I decide to join a few other ning sites - Black Business Women Online and Urban Blogger. Im such a blog whore (reading and posting) and I'm a blk woman with my own business, so let me see what this is about! OMG @ the emails I get in my freakin INBOX!! Shit tells you to go to the site to control it and I do and I STILL get the shits! OMG! I'm getting emails from people who are telling me to check their site and what not. Which really isn't that bad but why can't they just message me on the site or send a comment on the site? WHY invade my freakin inbox - my personal email? I'm ALL for supporting people and checking out their work - thats how I got tight with Ainz and Batman (lol) but YO! This shit is taking it to a new level. Mainly because they are missing the most important part of Marketing! THE FIRST STEP! Which is an INTRODUCTION!! Muthafucka - introduce yourself to me so I can at least see if I am interested in what you're "selling" before you invade my life! SELL yourself first and make me love you or support you the old school way! That's why half of these business' don't last or why folks do not get far! SIMPLE ish!!

OMG - that reminds me. So I get a text yesterday from some "legend" artist from Houston (not gonna say who just yet) and he is first like "CaT"..I'm like yo, this is me, who are you. He says his name and I'm like, I don't know you, how can I assist you. He says he has a new album and is looking for "promotion". I'm like I can't do it cause I have no idea as to whom he is nor have I heard his music. He tells me his hot single from back n the day and I'm like, umm, NICE but again, your new music, I don't know it. Not to mention I am asking him how he got my number! He is asking me if I'm at "The Urban Zone" (my job) and I'm like YO - how do you know me!!! I ask him about his project some, if its some local shit or if he is trying to reach people. He tells me who he has on the album, which are some pretty cool names, including jada kiss and nate dogg. Then he asks if I have radio contacts and a street team, I say yeah. I'm like yo, can you call me - can we talk so I can check you out and know what you want. I tell him I am a MARKETING person, don't do the promotion game. I brand names and people. He tells me to Google him! WTF? Told me to google his name and his hot single. I'm like, yo, I see you. He's all, ok now work my project, I have $1200 a week set aside for promotion. WTF? I want to throw my phone out of the window! Fuck yo money! LOL. Money sooooo does not move me! I can't do anything with anyone who has a wack project! If I wouldn't buy yo shit, I'm not workin it.
