- Ms. Kenyatta Randall is CEO/President of Athletic Development Solutions, LLC a professional sports consulting firm that assists Athletic Directors, Coaches, Front-Office Executives and Professional Athletes on Business Operations strategies, Recruitment and Marketing Solutions. Randall is also a Managing Partner for the Sports Employment, INC. A sports agency that meets the hiring needs of Professional Sports Teams and Businesses.
Randall served four seasons with the Miami HEAT and The AmericanAirlines Arena as Recruiter and Human Resources Information Systems Administrator. Her responsibilities include all functional areas within Executive and Staff Recruiting for all awards shows, concerts and sporting events for the American Airlines Arena, The Waterfront Theatre and The Miami HEAT. Kenyatta also facilitates the internship program by recruiting academically talented students from various universities within the United States.
However, Kenyatta enters her sixth year as a Recruiter. She started her Recruiting career as an Admissions Recruiter at her alma mater, Grambling State University located in Grambling, Louisiana. Kenyatta served as a first point of contact in the office of Admissions & Recruitment by providing prescriptive academic advisement and general information to prospective students and Transfer students as well an appointed University Ambassador at College Fairs, High Schools Junior Colleges, Athletic Events and Scholarship ceremonies on a national level.
In her addition to recruiting for The HEAT, Randall is deeply involved within the South Florida sports community as a member of the 2007 Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami, South Florida Super Bowl Host Committee, Tampa Bay Super Bowl Host Committee, Michael Irving’s Playmaker Charities, National Association of Black Sports Professionals, Black Coaches and Administrators, Orange Bowl Host Committee, National Society for Human Resource Management, The Greater Miami Society for Human Resources Management, Hospitality Human Resources Association, Who's Who of Black South Florida and is a Board Member of New Journey’s Transitional Home Outreach.
Randall earned a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Grambling State University.
Randall is a native of Bradenton Beach, Florida and now lives in Miami Beach, Florida.
